Heather is an author, teacher, and sound healer on a mission to promote a culture of wellness across individuals, communities, and institutions. Heather has spoken with over 20,000 professionals about incorporating wellness tools to thrive at work by intersecting diversity equity and inclusion as well as workplace wellness tools, and energetic healing modalities.
Heather is a published author and has been featured in Yoga Journal, Hierophant Publishing, The Shift Network, Yoga Alliance, and has spoken alongside of thought leaders such as Deepak Chopra, Elizabeth Gilbert, adrienne maree brown, and Shawn Ginwright.
It is her mission to help her clients transform destructive patterns of grind culture, disempowerment, and perfectionism to embody their highest selves and embrace non-duality and the law of one.

The final stage of the creative process in which the student embodies their sovereign identity and is able to self govern their alchemical process with confidence and flow. You leave out sessions connected to your True North with enhanced self confidence in your innate power and are initiating alchemical changes which reflect within your internal and external reality.

Past retreats
sacred Leadership Retreat
sacred valley, peru June 2023
This 8 day retreat was for executive leaders to reimagine leadership within their companies at tribe sacred ancient sites of Peru in order to be activated by the ley lines. Some of the topics and activities of the retreat included shamanic healing, work-life liberation, and trips to Macchu Picchu, horseback riding, and a tour of Cusco.
